Everything you need to know about getting your tag — and what happens if it isn’t right.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders are engraved and mailed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday go out the next business day we’re open (Mon–Thu, and Friday mornings).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat 99¢ per order within the United States, no matter how many tags you order. Tracked and faster options are available at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and to Canada. Tags are made and engraved in the USA.
What if my engraving is wrong or my tag is damaged?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we made a mistake on the engraving, or your tag arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right — a corrected tag or a refund, your choice.
Can I return a personalized tag?
Because each tag is custom engraved just for your pet, we can’t resell a returned one, so we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. But if anything is wrong on our end, we fix it — see above.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page with your order number and email, or the tracking link in your shipping email if you chose a tracked option.
